The Annual Olcott Oration of 2016 was held on 7th October 2016 at Holiday Inn Express Hotel-Airport Road, Dubai. The presenter was the veteran politician, scholar and old Anandian Mr. Imtiyaz Bakir Makar who delivered a valuable speech on “The role of a successful citizen in a multi-cultural and diversified society.
