Sir Olcott Annual Commemoration 2026

The Olcott Schools Alumni in the UAE held the Sir Olcott Annual Commemoration 2026 on 28th February 2026 at the “Samadhi Arana” Buddhist Temple in Dubai. The event was organized to mark the 119th death anniversary of Sir Henry Steel Olcott, paying tribute to his invaluable contribution to Buddhist education and the establishment of the Olcott schools in Sri Lanka.

Members of the alumni community gathered for the religious observances and blessings, remembering the legacy of Sir Henry Steel Olcott and the values he instilled through the schools he founded. This annual commemoration, which began in the UAE in 2011, continues to be an important event in the Olcott Alumni calendar, bringing members together in a spirit of gratitude, unity, and remembrance.
